HPE OCA Access Error
My Company Portal Administrator created my HPE partner portal access for. However, when I try to open any tool, I get this dreaded error.
"ESRV-003: Connection failure to siebel system. Please click get support link for further assistance."
And to my dismay, when I click the support link, it again results in the same error.
Also, can't find any contact info for support on partner portal. Can someone help?

This is the HPE Community, which is separate from HPE's Partner Portal, so I recommend that you click on the Support button on the portal: https://partner.hpe.com/ so the correct team can help you.
