My first thread was rejected, what?

I posted last night asking for help with connecting a newly registered carepack with either a server or my hpe account. This AM I find it missing from the forum and buried without explanation here:

Why? Couldn't whoever did it at least say why, or route it to a more appropriate section of the forum? I posted it in proliant because I couldn't see a better section for it.

Ahhh thanks for the tip.

My 1st thread also got rejected without a reason and thanks to you I can now see it in the rejected section.

Mabye spam filters are very sensitive here ? Or links and images arent allowed in the 1st post ?

It says "My unmoderated items" when you enter the rejected section.

Because I copy&pasted my post into another thread...and its still there. Lets see what happens if I repost the whole thread.

I had 1 link and 2 screenshots in my thread and it was about an Overheating Problem with the ML350 Gen9.

Waiting for explanation... :/

Well, fyi my post was plain jane text no links or images and was consisted of a simple request.

This is pretty much consistent with the other interactions with HPE I've had. Hours of trying x y and z and usually getting nothing for the effort.

They don't seem to do a good job find spam.  But then you would never see the ones caught.  :-)
