New Laptop DOA

I am writing to follow up regarding the DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement request for one of the four HP laptops we purchased on 13/07/2026.
Out of the four laptops of the same model, one unit was found to be defective, and we promptly raised a DOA request. Today is 21/07/2026, and it has already been 7 days. The only update we have received is that the case has been escalated to the higher technical team.
This delay is significantly affecting our work, and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and communication. We request a clear timeline for when the replacement laptop will be dispatched. Waiting this long for a DOA replacement is unacceptable and has left us very dissatisfied with the level of service we have received.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, it will negatively influence our future purchasing decisions, and we will be unable to recommend HP products or services based on this experience.

Now, tell me one thing, do you take care about your after sales service. I would like to advice you here that your products are worst and worst customer experience.

I wish here to urge everybody not to use HP products as they are not upto the mark and even their after sale service is worst than ever. They even don't care about the customer problem.
