Not getting response from HPE Support
Anyone is facing issue getting response from HPE support?
Logged a case via portal on 14/12/2022, after a few email exchange within a few hours and conclueded that the hard drive need to be replaced. After that no action from HPE at all, emailed them no reply, called the support hotline is elther not answering or said will follow up. It is more then 3 days and there is no date on replacement part delivery. And the replacement part is only a SAS HDD..
