Passport Search Access

I signed into Passport and ran a search.  Two results came back.  I clicked on the one I was interested in and received a message stating that I had sufficient privilege to access the link.

What kind of a company sets up a knowledge base to which I have to sign in, and then denies access to the knowledge article?

Sometimes I think you are deliberately trying to aggrevate your customers.

Re: HPE Community search access

It would help if you provided your search terms and the two links it found.

You may want to use google to search the forum instead: terms ... site:community.hpe.com

Re: Passport Search Access

Did you get help for this? I've had nothing, but trouble with Passport and with the links that HPE sends me. Just wasted another hour trying to respond to their email without any luck. Not encouraging me to keep using their products.
