RSM wrong Timezone

Hi

I have installed RSM 4.0 and every message has 6 Hours ahead respect to OS time. Job schedule have same problem. So, if I want run a job at 09:00 PM (CST), I must especify 03:00 AM (GMT)

Date & time of system seems ok, but RSM has 6 Hrs more.

Any help will be appreciated!
