Still not a smartarray card?
However, install a terminator!
Since the SFS20 is part of a bundle, where did you get the enclosure? There must be the servers somewhere, maybe the smartarray controllers are no longer needed there? Ask!

it is a smartarray controller card its an hp card its an smart array 6400 controller

If it's still slow after that, maybe if you could provide some output from hpacu(cli) or hp adu?
