Virtual Replicator schedule snap

Using a EVAL copy of VR, I am trying to schedule a SNAP shot using snapshot watchdog.
The schedule snap contiunes to fail when I look at the schedule task snap in.

Is this failing because it is an EVAL copy or is it a administrator passwd issue. I have tried the admin passwd and administrator?
