Cray sonexion L300

Hi all
Some advice needed I have a Cray Sonexion L300 Ver 3.2 NEO recently 3 drives failed new drives arrived and replaced system is not recognising the newly installed drives 2 drives on snx12321n006/7 and 1 drive snx11321n008/9. Pd repairs were completed but no recovery taking place storage media on web interface recognise 198 drives out of 280 what steps can be taken and what might be the issue my first though is controllers .
