Re: SPP Download Issue

Hi Cyber_war,

I have queries-

1. For SPP download, Passport or Employee login is required. Have you got any notification on this ?
2.  Which is the URL you are trying to download the SPP ?
3. For which product you wanted to download the SPP ?

4. For old servers,ProLiant Support Pack or PSP is available.

Try to download the latest SPP by this link . It requires the password or HPE account login. If required, you can create the passport account.

Re: SPP Download Issue

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is not much documentation I can refer you to for this. However, if you review the Support Center help documentation, you will see the following note:

NOTE: HPE is required to check for global trade compliance. If you believe your access is wrongly blocked from receiving HPE services, please contact HPE Support.

I would recommend using the link to get feedback on why you may have been blocked.
