If you're buying data storage for the DOD then this is definitely news you can use, but it's also relevant for any IT team working within a high regulated industry or with demanding data security requirements. The U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has published the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) for the HPE Alletra Storage MP B10000. This is a significant accomplishment re: data security compliance and also provides a lot of valuable guidance for data infrastructure hardening.
