Adding user to access Model Database

Hi,

Is it possible to add a new user to access the model database for which license is present.

Suppose I got a license for accessing the model data with a specific UserName and PassWord and DataBaseName.

I want add users to access the model database with a different UserName and PassWord with only READ-ONLY PERMISSION.

How can I do that ?
