Command View and DST
The Workstation which has my Command View SMA agent will need a MS O/S patch and a java upgrade in order to become DST compliant. Is there a protocol for handling the SMA in this situation? I have read other threads where Command View was taken down partially or fully and there was a lot of trouble bringing it back up. I intend to just do the patching and reboot the workstation. Should I kill the SMA agent first?
