Command View installation

Hello,

I am trying to install CV on a management appliance III. The install shield starts and stops after a few seconds. No error message nor entries in the event viewer. Same behaviour with CV 3.1, 3.3 and 5.0. In the past we have got the same problem on this manap but we have forgotten the solution.

Any idea? service problem?
