Am dealing with an EVA 4000 (PN: AD554B), and this what I have as
System information:
1- ocp firmware version (FW: 1.9 API: 1.2)
2- Controller version (7.0 ECO: 0)
3- XCS version (HSV200 _V6000)
4- XCS build version: (6000CR0D63)
And this is what I got form the management agent event log:
Parse File for this firmware version: CR0D63 â not found. Please Upload file: HSV200_event_CR0D63_6000.txt
How is it solved, please advice.
attachmenet is the LogEventFile

Who did the last code load on your system?
You will probably find that the XCS code will be in the directory that it was put in and you can use this. It will probably be called HSV200.SSS or 200.SSS or 200_6000.SSS.
The parse file is contained within this image.
You can then import this into your CV from view events, controller events and then select the "send parse file" button and enter the location of the xxx.sss file. That should sort things out for you as long as you can find the relevant xxx.sss file.
