EVA 8400 both controller down
Kindly suggest remedial measures for EVA where both controllers are down Showing no storage found (wwn 00000....)it intermitently comes up and again goes down, it even doesn't sync with each other

Hi Pranav,
This will require detailed analysis of the events in EVA. Have you logged a call with HP ?
You can log a Hardware case via Support Case Manager in ITRC : http://www13.itrc.hp.com/service/mcm/homepageRequest.do

Check for back-end issues (cabling problems, unsupported cabling? has it ever worked) and yes - log a call with HP.
