EVA hangs while snapclone in progress

Hi, is there a way to cancel or disrupt a snapclone on EVA5000? Is there a command on the SSSU to do this? Snapclone is still in progress since 3 days ago. Can anyone help?

You could try to DELETE the clone from within SSSU (I don't know if that works), but I'd rather try to diagnose this with the help from HP.

You could also force the source VDisk to the other controller (via a host switch or CV-EVA / SSSU) and see if the system continues?
