issue with the leveling
We are facing an issue with the leveling.
Although i have grouped 31 disks, 2 disks are still in ungrouped state.
It seems this has happened, since these two ungrouped disks have got the same name as other two grouped disks.
The screen shot is attached from which you can notice that the disks with names 157 & 161 are in both in the grouped and ungrouped disk list
I suspect this is because Command View EVA has not been updated. We are planning to reboot Appliance/Storage management server.
But here the disks are different, only the names are same.
The disk location of the disk-157 which is in the grouped list is 2/14 while the location of the disk-157 in the ungrouped list is 4/14.
Similarly the location of the disk-161 which is in the grouped list is 8/14 while the location of the disk-161 in the ungrouped list is 10/14.
Anybody Please suggest how to go about this.

Re: issue with the leveling
Just add the disk into the group as per normal.
These are just 'Label'for drives within command view for ease of use.
This does occur from time to time but does not impact on the performance or functionality of the EVA.
We have 168 disks, and a few have the same name.
You can change the 'Label' on the disks if required as this is a user configurable field within Command View.
