Run Command Event Trigger not working

Hello all,

I am working with a customer who is having issues when attempting to run a batch file out of OV SAM. We have configured the event trigger, and it appears to be showing up when we look at events on the console. However the batch file is not firing. Are there any known issues that we should know about?
