Data Fabric Installation Zookeeper Timeout while Installation

This problem occurs randomly and we can't fix it for now. What is the reason? Below is the zookeeper logs;

The connection is refused from other ZK at the time of quorum election.  Look at all three zk node logs and understand from where the problem started.

Fully re-installed the cluster with one zk and CLDB. After this step, everything was working well. But when want to install more zk with incremental installation, still zk not respond.
