Hello expert,
What is the difference between Deny and Cancel action for approval request?
What will be the use case for that?
Thank you.

SolutionAn instance subject to an approval request which is cancelled displays as top line. One which has been denied displays as second. The difference is also reflected in the approvals section.
Cancel could be appropriate for when the business need has changed, or the request has been superceded by a new approval request. I imagine it could also be used as a soft deny which may be appropriate in some cultures.
