Disk stat didn't show under instance

The system didn’t show disk information for all brownfield Linux VM even if I installed an agent. If there is any workaround to show this information?

Info
System : Linux (Ubuntu/Redhat)
Agent : 2.5.3

Storage will show 0% utilization. Only disk allocation which I can see without performance, capacity stat.
