Hello,
We have a new technical troubleshooting guide for the Morpheus agent that you can find in the Morpheus support portal here.

This guide takes an in-depth look at the different Agent installation processes that you may come across.
It provides details on how the agent install method works for different scenarios, shows you what you will see in the log files and references the relevant files and directories that you need to be aware of for troubleshooting. At the end of the guide is a troubleshooting cheat sheet of things to check when troubleshooting the agent.
