About setting affinity rules

Is it possible to set affinity rules?
If so, please tell me where to set them.

via @DiegoDelgado, what you can do is set the machine’s placement to auto, failover or pinned, that’s equivalent to no-affinity and vm to host should and must affinity respectively. It's set in the manage placement menu inside the VM's actions (not the instance, the VM itself).  Other than that, it's a roadmap item that we should see in the near future.
