Virtual Machine Status
Typically, the status is “Provisioned.” However, it may change to “Available” in certain situations, such as when the machine is restarted on another host due to a host failure.
It seems there are several status options available. Could you explain what each status indicates?
Also, please clarify whether the status differences affect what actions are possible or restricted.
*Apologies for any confusion caused by machine translation.

Re: Virtual Machine Status
Since it concerns HVM, I thought HPE might know, but is there no information?

Re: Virtual Machine Status
I asked people on our internal VM Essentials Slack to help with an answer. Hopefully there's someone that can answer.

Re: Virtual Machine Status
Apologies, I lost track of your question and getting it answered on our internal Slack. Here's I think what you're looking for (the tables are not directly in the manual but all of this is discussed in it):
Source in Documentation (I used v8.0.11)
Managing Instances & Performing Instance Actions: Pages 54–55: Lists available actions and notes that actions depend on instance state.
Instance Status & Dashboard: Pages 42–43: Explains status meanings and how to view them.
