VLAN tagging interfaces for VMs in VM Essentials

I have various VLANs presented to the VM data interfaces on my VME hosts

 

How do I set a VM to use a specific VLAN for LAN connectivity?

  1. During cluster creation, you specify the compute interface (so the bond you created in the HVM OS)
  2. During cluster creation, you specify the vlans you want to use on that compute interface
  3. During VM provisioning, you select the correct network/vlan for the VM

In case you did not do 1+2, you can create a bridge yourself in Infrastructure-Networking and specify the different network (Port Groups) also in InfraStructure-networking
