For this issue, please call directly to our 24*7 support team using the contact information provided below. You can let me know your country if it's not present from the list and I can share the contact number.
If not, you can email them at support@nimblestorage.com which triggers a support ticket.
They will review if there is any issue with the hardware and troubleshoot.
