MVs Lost network
Good day, I am experiencing an issue that impacts the functionality of my VMware environment. I have 2 ESXi nodes, a Mellanox switch, and Nimble storage, which is part of a NIMBLE DHCI solution. The situation is as follows: we haven't needed to move machines between nodes since the solution was implemented. However, in January, we received an email from Infosight to apply HPE SPP 2003.09. When applied to node 2, virtual servers were migrated to node 1. Some of these servers lost network connectivity in the virtual machines (VMs). The network loss in the machines was random, as confirmed by migrating machines between nodes.
Since this is an HPE-implemented solution, could you please let me know what information I need to provide to request assistance from HPE? Additionally, what is the phone number and which options should I follow? I am located in Mexico.
