Cannot integrate OneView Global Dashboard with Active Directory

Hello, 

We just installed HPe OneView Global Dashboard, with version 2.40 and we are finding issues adding it to the Active Directory. 

The error is that the managed device or the external server xxx.xxx.xxx.xx with port {1} may be down, or not reachable.

We can confirm that we can ping the appliance from one of the DCs and the appliance can also ping back the DC.

DCS and appliances are both on the same subnet with no firewall blocking.  We do not have a CA installed.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
