There was a hotfix recently released i think mid december which needed to be patched on Oneview, think it was a CVE score of 10, well i've since been informed there is another version that came out on the 15th Jan, do i need to also install that patch?

SolutionIt says it right there in the updated security bulletin and the download.
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-hpesbgn04985en_us
This updated security hotfix provides enhanced remediation and supersedes HPE OneView CVE 37164 Z7550-98077 and HPE SYNERGY CVE 37164 Z7550-98077. To ensure comprehensive protection against identified vulnerabilities, this version must be applied regardless of prior installation status.
