Oneview migration utility

I recently stood up a new 7.00 Oneview appliance and migrated most of my Gen10 servers from my old 6.60.07 appliance.  But I am running into several issues that appear to be resolved in later 8.x versions of Oneview.  Is the migration utility available in all 8.x versions of Oneview?

Server hardware migration is documented in the "support matrix" for your chosen version:

NOTE:
HPE OneView 8.0 is a milestone release and is the last release to support migrating server hardware from the 6.60.x
releases. HPE OneView 8.3 only supports migration from one 8.3 appliance to another.
If you are planning to migrate server hardware from a 6.60.x release, you must perform the migration with the 8.0 version
before you update to HPE OneView 8.3.
