OneView Query Syntax for support cases
Good morning
i am looking at creating a custome dashboard panel that shows the ammount of current open cases loged with HPE via oneview.
but for the life of me i can not find the right syntax that will bring up this information. has any one got any ideas how it can be done if it can be done?

Open Remote Support cases are actually tied to Alerts within OneView. So, you would need to parse the Activity for the resource category you want the panel to display. Or, you can use OneView Global Dashboard 1.70 or newer (which all HPE OneView and HPE Synergy customers can use for free) to report active and opened Remote Support cases.
I am an HPE employee
