OneView Support for C3000

OneView Support for C3000

From what I've been told, HP has stated that the C3000 blade enclosure will not be (has no plans for) supported by OneView.  Since the C3000 uses the same technology as the C7000, I'm baffled by this message.  VC Flex-10 is supported in the C3000 as well as VC FC, so why wouldn't the C3000 be supported by OneView?  I have a customer that has made a good investment in the c3000 enclosures.  They handle redundancy by having active/active redundant DataCenter's.  Even if the direction that the c3000 is not supported as a managed product, will OneView MONITOR the c3000 and associated equipment?  It's all the same as the c7000, so I'm not clear why we're being told it's not supported.

 

Please advise.
