Remote Support - differing primary contacts
Is it possible to have different primary contacts in Remote Support depending on the issue? We have a tech support desk that we'd like to send all hot swappable hardware failures to and everything else to our level 2 support. Is that possible?

you can add other contacts added however default cannot be deleted.

Hi - You can set a primary and secondary contact for the systems. These can be modified at the server, enclosure or data center levels to meet your needs.
