Remote Support
When trying to enable remote support it fails saying check network connectivity or proxy. Proxy is setup. How can this be tested further or anything else to check?

Re: Remote Support
Are you using an FQDN address for your Proxy? Can you change it from FQDN to IPv4 Address? What type of Proxy do you have?

Re: Remote Support
When first setting up remote support, I had an error where it would throw an error anytime trying to click edit settings. I had a proxy configured with no authentication, as our proxy requires no authentication to work. However once I put in my domain credentials under authentication, I was able edit\enable remote support. I have since removed my credentials and disabled authentication, and remote support appears to be working.
