SCOM vs HP Openview
Hi All,
Can you please tell me what is difference between SCOM and HP Openview monitoring tool? Which tool is best for monitoring? What we can & can' t do in both monitoring tool?

I believe you are referring to HP OneView, not HP Openview which was rebranded as HP Business Technology Optimization (BTO). This forum doesn't cover or support HP BTO, only HP OneView.
HP OneView is the physical management and monitoring tool for supported HP Server and Storage devices. It doesn't have visibility into the OS or the hypervisor natively. There is an HP OneView for SCOM/SCVMM that will provide the HP OneView collected data into the Microsoft System Center management framework tools, as to compliment each other.
