Cisco call or email tac@cisco.com - may need customer’s CCO username

a. Manufacturer’s serial number and model of the failed unit
b. Technical support log (TSR)
c. Customer contact (name, phone numbers, email) and maybe site contact
d. Location of equipment for dispatch or shipping address for CSR
e. Scheduling (SBD, NBD) and customer availability
While I am an HPE Employee, all of my comments (whether noted or not), are my own and are not any official representation of the company
