Removing Simplivity Node from Federation when Virtual Controller is no longer present
Somehow the virtual controller for one of our Simplivity nodes got deleted through vCenter in our 3 node Simplivity cluster, and I either need to recreate it or remove the node and reinstall it with Deployment Manager. How would I do this? I have put it into maintenance mode, tried removing it from inventory but get an error about the resource is in use when there are no VMs on it.

Re: Removing Simplivity Node from Federation when Virtual Controller is no longer present
Hello @jdheltne
I would assume that this host now shows faulty in the federation. Please contact the support team as we will need to run a command to remove it from federation first before trying to redeploy it.
Thanks.
