Hi
Can you advise what the current functionality for SimpliVity is within Infosight when running 4.0.1?
I can see it displays capacity information and vm details etc which is great but does it yet do automatic support case creation and pro-active shiping of parts if the customer has the required support agreements in place?
I saw this on an HPE presentation but didn't think it was part of the feature set for SimplIvity yet.

SolutionHello CadenLange ....
As far as i know the InfoSIght functionality for now is exactly what you states, primarily to show overview of capacity, trending, and VM details, but work is still in progress and i guess we soon will see more on InfoSight functions.
Around automatic support case creation and ordering of parts etc. this will be done by the ILO if registered to HPE via HPE Passport ...

That's great - I'll keep an eye out for new functionality annountments.
I've got the Remote Support in iLO configured already so will rely on that for automatic case creation.
