Hello,

I seems that Simpliivty Gen12 are out : HPE SimpliVity 380 QuickSpecs | HPE

In the docs, they said that there is an "HPE SimpliVity Software 7.0". Any idea of when it will be out ?

HPE SimpliVity Software 7.0.0 is already available for the new Gen12 systems, rather than being a future release.

The HPE SimpliVity 380 Gen12 documentation says that version 7.0.0 supports:

VMware vSphere 8.0 Update 3
HPE Morpheus VM Essentials 9.0.2

However, HPE has not clearly published a separate general availability date for SimpliVity 7.0. Also, some HPE release documentation still lists version 6.3.0U1 as the latest release, so the public documentation is not fully consistent Refer the link

Good day!

The SimpliVity 7.0.0 software has not been released yet.   The ref link is correct.   6.3.0U1 is the current version for SimpliVity VMware, and 6.2.0 is the current release for SimpliVity VME. 

The target GA date for SimpliVity 7.0.0 is 2H of October.  This date could change, but I want you to know that GA is getting close. The 7.0.0 release will be a combined VMware & VME release.  You can upgrade both SimpliVity 6.3.0U1 and 6.2.0 to the 7.0.0 release.

The SimpliVity Gen12 Quickspecs were released because you can now pre-order Gen12 nodes. Sorry for the confusion.
