Error in Compression test
My tape backups are failing and when I ran the HP StorageWorks library and tape tools "Compression Test" it fails. The error is "SCSIScript: invalid buffer offset (Line:473, Error: Out of range on buffer data)". I have had the same configuration for almost a year now, but the backups have failed since 03/24/04. I even have a new tape drive and tapes.

Re: Error in Compression test
If you can send an L&TT event log, then I can look at this problem of the compression test failing. Please start L&TT, then run the compression test, then send the file C:\Program Files\HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools\logs\EventLog.ltt.
