Brocade backup issue

Hello,

i am getting the following error on brocade switch  Failed to obtain the device version.

SSH/SNMP is good OID is added in adapter.

 

switch details:-

Switch Model Name: M8428-k 10GbEE-FCoE/8Gb FC SW

Operating System Version: 6.3.1
