error auto backup plan IMC 7.3
Hello,
I made an automatic backup plan in IMC. It works on all the different devices on my network except on the Aruba and the 3Com S5500.
The equipment and IMC are up to date.
Have you ever had something similar?
Thank you

Re: error auto backup plan IMC 7.3
Hello,
Config backup failures can happen for a wide variety of reasons, and it depends mostly on the device model/configuration and supported transfer protocols on the device and in iMC. Some more error details would be helpful.
If you are using the default transfer protocol (TFTP), make sure these devices support it. You can see which protocol iMC supports for each of its features on your devices on the Service > Configuration Center > Options page.
