IMC Lost Admin Password

Hello,

 

Is there a way to reset the passwords of the admin operator? The guy that used to be in charge of our network management software left the company and we never documented the password.

Hello Lindsay,

I also discovered through HP IMC L3 Support that the file resetpwd.bat also resets the admin password.
This only works on iMC 5.1 and up I believe.
