IMC topology

Get with the IMC by the call of the topology the following mistake: The default topology view does not exist.
What can this lie with, with my colleagues there functions(works) the topology view?

Re: IMC topology

Just as a test, could you try logging into IMC from a different PC, and see if you get the same error message?

Not sure if this is the problem - I'm just guessing.

Re: IMC topology

Not all users and PCs receive an error message, it seems to be in such a way that it of the PC one depends in announces itself. Only we could ascertain no difference in the settings(discontinuances) of the PCs. Have also tested with different Internetexplorer always the same result.

Re: IMC topology

I don't know for sure, but I suspect it's something cached on the clients. On Mac OS, the applets create ~/imctopo.

I'm not sure what directory it uses on Windows - maybe somewhere under the User's Home directory, maybe in Application Data? If you could find that directory, you could clear out the cache.

This is just a guess though.
