"unknown" e-mails
Our IMC has started occasionally sending out an e-mail with the subject: Unknown
The body contains only the word: Unknown
I have no idea where to start with debugging this. Any ideas?

Re: "unknown" e-mails
They’re reasonably regular, sometimes a few each day.
The email really does say nothing. The word “unknown” in the subject field
and the body. Nothing else. I only know it’s come from IMC because of the
header.

Re: "unknown" e-mails
Can you please let us know the IMC version ?
And even though it's an email getting generated from IMC, please do mention the email address which comes as send.

Re: "unknown" e-mails
Version is 7.4 E0605P06
The e-mail comes from the address I've told IMC to use, which is do-not-reply@<domain>
The header shows that our mail relay received the message from our IMC server. That server isn't running any other services, so it has to be IMC. It's also sent to a group address, which again is what IMC is configured to use.

Re: "unknown" e-mails
Hi !! At this point I suggest you get a case logged with us. We may need to check from configuration and also from the IMC patch version perspective, to find out what is triggering these alerts.
