WIDMAN 6.1
Not sure if this is the correct place to post regarding WIDMAN, but here goes.
We have a small network utilizing 3Com WAP's and Outdoor Bridges, and we have always used WIDMAN to manage them.
Since upgrading to Windows 7, WIDMAN will not work. I am running the 32 bit version of 7 Ultimate, on a Dell Latitude E6500 with 4GB Ram.
Widman installs fine, but when I open I get the No Network Adapter Available error message.
3Coms extremely helpful website only says to reinstall, which does not work.
I have tried all versions available for download on their website, as well as running the installer in compatibility mode for XP, but no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Trent

Re: WIDMAN 6.1
I have the exact same problem. I would like it to work on Windows 7. No matter what versions I try I keep getting the same error.

Re: WIDMAN 6.1
Hi,
Same problem here, so far it is the only thing that has not run with Windows 7. I have searched hi & wide for a solution, but nothing is out there.
I can't beleive that we are the only 3 people with this problem.

Re: WIDMAN 6.1
+1
Do you know where can I re-download WIDMAN?
Our hard drive crashed and the CD is no where to be found. :(
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: WIDMAN 6.1
As you said there is no way to run it from Windows 7, 8 or 10.
I ran a virtual Windows XP on Oracle VirtualBox with the virtual machine network set as "bridge adapter" and it worked perfectly.
