WLAN Topology View Problem

Hi,

As we see in this screenshot I have some Acces Point online in the Wlan Manager : http://www.noelshack.com/2016-24-1465826544-imc1.png

But I can't add or show them in the Topology View : http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/24/1465827127-imc2.png I tried to add them manually, filling in all fields but nothing works

Is anyone have an idea about this problem ?

Thanks

Re: WLAN Topology View Problem

Hi,

We had the same type of problem a while back.

We Ended up removing the APs and Controller and re-discover MSM controller for iMC

Re: WLAN Topology View Problem

Hi,

it's work, juste delete the controller and rediscover them.

Thanks a lot.

Re: WLAN Topology View Problem

I'm testing 7.2 - is that what you are using? When I upgraded my db those devices were now longer visible in the same views. So I deleted controller and rediscovered. I could add them back into the same views but then they disappeared - count shows they are there but not visible.

Also in wireless Devices topolgy see the controller, but only one AP inside.

WSM E0502 -

Also could not upgrade to P05 unless I delete all the WLAN history data first - which I'd like to keep

I want to manage the Aruba APs in addition to the MSM stuff but need P05
