I am facing a problem, whevever I access the rap portal. Following is my observations:
When I try to login to https://rcts1.sdc.hp.com I get the (CryptoAPI Private Key) in this window I select the:
Connect to systems and devices at your customer''s sites via the Americas Remote Access Portal and EMEA Remote Access Portal.
and when I type to login I get this error.
Server Error in ''/rap'' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Attatched the runtime error displayed
Will any expert, can help me out how to overcome this error.
I am accessing this URL with valid digital badge on my laptop machine. What are the dependencies for this error. I tried to access this URL with my nt login details, but same error displayed.

SolutionHi,
This a generic error, however, in the US, we have seen this error for those users who have missing information (such as Country Code, Office Location) within People Finder (http://peoplefinder.portal.hp.com/peoplefinder/?pf_hp=1&pf_detectsearch=1&pf_searchoption=0&pf_searchtype=0&pf_searchval=).

Please take a look at your record and make the correct if applicable.
Regards,
