Blank/Errors on page after IRS install

Hi!
At a customer site thr IRS acts quite strange.
after the setup the wizard shows this page(see attached image) I've tried running the install multiple times, If a go into IRS System Event Analyser it seems Quite OK, and the systems are there, (but its obviously hard to add new systems) any tips?
